Chubb was drafted fifth overall in the 2018 draft. The $12.716 million contract for 2022 is guaranteed once the team officially exercises it. As of right now, he will be the NFL’s 10th-highest paid outside linebacker in 2022.
A knee injury sidelined Chubb for all but four games during the 2019 season. He played in 14 games in 2020 recording 42 tackles, nine tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks and a forced fumble.
In three seasons, Chubb has 123 tackles, 20.5 sacks and 46 quarterback hits.
