Peyton Manning joins The Fan’s Brandon Stokley in La. Sports Hall

A year after 104.3 The Fan host Brandon Stokley got the call that he’d been elected to the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame, his former teammate Peyton Manning has gotten the nod.
Manning highlights the 2019 induction class along with former LSU football coach Les Miles and five-time USA Olympic volleyball standout Danielle Scott-Arruda, according to a release from the Hall on Monday.
A New Orleans native, Manning and his father, Archie, a 1988 inductee, will become just one of two father-son duos in the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame, joining NFL stars Dub and Bert Jones.
Aside from Stokley, Manning joins fellow Indianapolis Colts teammate Reggie Wayne, who was inducted into the LSHOF this year as well.
On Wednesday, Stokley had this message of congratulations for Manning:
