One Denver Broncos legend is speaking out about the team and Russell Wilson’s issues while another still has hope for the team’s future.
Von Miller joined the Pat McAfee Show on Thursday and was asked both about Wilson and what kind of coach the Broncos should hire. Miller was traded from the Broncos last season to the Rams, where he helped them win a Super Bowl. This offseason the star pass-rusher signed a big contract with the Buffalo Bills, but he’ll miss the rest of the season due to injury.
Two coaches have been fired since Miller left, and the team is 4-15 in their last 19 games. The Super Bowl 50 MVP suggested the Broncos hire somebody who has had experience with Wilson in the past. Miller says as Russ goes the Broncos will since they’re so tied into the quarterback given his quarter-billion-dollar contract and the assets Denver gave to Seattle to get Wilson.

Miller says he always admired Wilson’s toughness and mindset, and he believes this season is an anomaly.
“I will bet my money that Russell Wilson’s next season will be drastically different than this year,” Miller said. “Another year in Denver, there’s a high standard… I think his second year will be different.”
Von has stayed connected to the Broncos since the trade. He’s posted pictures and offered defense and even said us and our when talking about Denver. If you listen carefully he referred to the Broncos as our and said we again.
