The Denver Nuggets returned home for the first time in the 2022-23 NBA regular season, which meant Jamal Murray’s first meaningful action on the hardwood in years, Michael Porter Jr.’s first appearance in some time as well, and Nikola Jokic’s first time back at Ball Arena since winning his second MVP.
Murray got a strong ovation when he was introduce into the starting lineup for his second game back after tearing his ACL in the spring of 2021. So too did Porter and the Jokic.
