Dream tweets of the week: It wasn’t a dream, Russell Wilson is a Bronco

Mar 11, 2022, 4:15 PM

Have we woken up yet?

Somehow, someway, this is real life in Broncos Country. The next Hall of Fame quarterback to call the Mile High City home is Russell Wilson.

Denver GM George Paton pulled off a stunning move on Tuesday morning, landing Wilson and reinvigorating Broncos fans all across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.

And what made it feel the most real? A couple of tweets surfaced confirming Wilson was already in town.

Of course we at 104.3 The Fan were elated by the news as well and couldn’t get enough of the change of fortune for the Broncos and their fans.

What a week, Broncos Country. It’s certainly the best feeling since the Broncos won Super Bowl 50.

And now? Buckle up, the ride has just begun!
