This is a notable development since the MVP quarterback has been a regular participant in the Packers’ offseason program throughout his entire career.
According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, Rodgers is one of 19 Packers players with an offseason workout bonus, and he has already has missed enough to disqualify him from cashing his $500,000 bonus.
The Packers have signed two quarterbacks in the last week: veteran starter Blake Bortles and former Atlanta Falcons practice squad player Kurt Benkert.
Green Bay has maintained that it has no desire to trade Rodgers.
