Once again, the Denver Broncos 2018 rookie class came up big in a win against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Here’s how the 104.3 The Fan on-air staff saw the victory:

Mike Pritchard (“Pritchard and Cecil”):
The 2018 Denver Broncos have developed a winning attitude and a willingness to compete for 60 minutes.
The young players grew up fast to help the Broncos beat the Cincinnati Bengals for an ugly win on the road.
DMac (“The Drive”):
I was watching the end of the game, and I saw a woman wearing Bengals face paint. I found myself wondering what sort of person believes so much in the Bengals that she would be willing to defile her own face to resemble a Bengal tiger?
Then I saw another Bengals fan in the stands wearing a bag in his head. This seemed more appropriate.
The Bengals are just terrible. They were terrible on paper and terrible on the field. They were using a young, first-time starter, and he played like it. The Broncos gave the Bengals life by being completely inept, save for one pass to Courtland Sutton in the air, including a careless fumble on the ground.
Phillip Lindsay was tremendous with 157 rushing yards. More than tremendous, as a matter of fact. He is the MVP for the Broncos this year. Without Lindsay, this team would be lost. He makes up for many other deficiencies, but that is being nitpicky.
The Broncos have won three in a row in a very difficult stretch. They should be favored to win their remaining four games, and it is not foolhardy at this point to look forward to what it would take to make the playoffs, which is remarkable considering how mediocre Case Keenum has been playing.
The resurgent Broncos head to San Francisco next week, where we should see a repeat of what we just saw.
Great news Broncos fans, the face paint store is open.
Zach Bye (“Stokley and Zach”):
The Broncos took care of business in Cincinnati on Sunday, and, by doing so, they actually got a couple large monkeys off their back.
Believe it or not, the win marked the first time since the 2016 season that Denver has won three consecutive games. This is now officially a winning streak.
They also put behind them the wrong kind of streak. Under Vance Joseph, the Broncos had six consecutive losses when playing in the early game on the East Coast. That’s now dead thanks to the rookie class continuing to shine. Courtland Sutton and Phillip Lindsay both had career-best days, and Bradley Chubb notched his 10th sack of the season.
I’m not sure how this season will end up in Denver, but what I do know is the future is bright for the Broncos.
Mike Evans (“Schlereth and Evans”):
This was actually a huge win for the Broncos because, for the first time in a long time, they had to play like a front-runner and beat a team they were supposed to beat, on the road, and they did.
