Von Miller likely the only Denver Broncos Pro Bowler, Stokley says

Voting for the 2019 Pro Bowl has begun, and there’s at least one Denver Broncos player, according to Brandon Stokley, who’s likely headed to the game: Von Miller.
“I think at the top of that list is Von Miller,” said the “Stokley and Zach” co-host on Tuesday of the Broncos pass rusher.
Stokley said that while Miller “disappeared in a handful of games” this season, he has the stats and the name recognition to pull down a nomination for the NFL’s all-star game.
“When you have those things, guess what? You’re going in,” Stokley said. “He’s the one guy who headlines that list for me for the Broncos as pretty much a sure thing to be in the Pro Bowl.”
In nine games this season, Miller’s grabbed nine sacks, forced four fumbles, recovered two fumbles, and has one pass defensed.
Miller, however, is the only Broncos player Stokley foresees as being invited to the Pro Bowl this season, outside of those selected as alternates.
“Other than (Miller), I’m not really seeing many other guys who I think will make it,” Stokley said.
Despite being by many accounts Denver’s top offensive player in 2018, Emmanuel Sanders doesn’t make the cut according to Stokley.
“I don’t think his numbers are good enough. You’ve got to have the numbers,” Stokley said. “When you get voted on, people look at the numbers and the name recognition.”
Sanders ranks 14th in the NFL in receptions (56), 15th in yards (707), and 47th in touchdowns (3).
