Mike Klis interview: Is Jonah Coleman about to become the Broncos' lead running back?
9News Broncos insider Mike Klis joins Stokley and Evans with Mark Schlereth to discuss one of the most intriguing developments from the Broncos' win over the Cardinals: the emergence of rookie running back Jonah Coleman.
In his first game back from injury, Coleman looked explosive, decisive, and capable of giving Denver something its rushing attack has lacked for much of the season. Now the question becomes whether the rookie is ready for an even larger role. Could Sean Payton be preparing to hand Coleman the keys to the backfield, or will Denver continue with a committee approach?
As the Broncos push toward the second half of the season, the answer could have a major impact on Bo Nix, the offense, and Denver's playoff hopes.
