Are the Seahawks the Broncos’ Toughest Remaining Opponent?
Bo Nix faces a difficult challenge on Thursday night: a Seattle defense built to disguise pressure, confuse quarterbacks and make them hesitate. With a short week to prepare, how can Nix avoid the problems that plagued his NFL debut against the Seahawks?
Zach Bye and Phillip Lindsay break down why they view Seattle as the Broncos’ toughest remaining opponent—even with Kansas City and Buffalo still on the schedule. They revisit Nix’s struggles in his first meeting with Seattle and discuss how Mike Macdonald’s defensive disguises could test his ability to recognize coverage and make quick decisions.
For Lindsay, the priorities are clear: identify his outlets, find his hot-route options and get the football out quickly. Sustaining drives will be critical if Denver wants to turn a challenging matchup into a signature win against the reigning Super Bowl champions.
