Denver Broncos edge-rusher Nik Bonitto is a special player.
And for a second year in a row, his peers around the league are recognizing that greatness.
Bonitto was revealed as player No. 32 on the NFL Top 100 on Friday morning, moving up six spots from his No. 38 ranking last summer. This list is voted on by fellow players.

That video above is a great watch. Broncos left tackle Garett Bolles compares Nik Bonitto to the legendary Von Miller. Denver defensive lineman Zach Allen thinks Bonitto should be No. 1.
And many from around the NFL talk about his burst off the edge and how quickly Bonitto can attack the quarterback. That, plus his bend and closing speed make Bonitto lethal on the football field.
He posted 14 sacks in 2025, topping his 13.5 sacks in 2024. Bonitto was in the NFL Defensive Player of the Year conversation deep into the season, also adding two forced fumbles and 28 total quarterback hits. He forced two more fumbles in the playoffs and registered another sack.
The two-time Pro Bowler Bonitto is now the fifth member of the Broncos to make the Top 100 this summer. He joins Zach Allen (No. 73), Courtland Sutton (No. 68), Bo Nix (No. 59) and Garett Bolles (No. 42). That’s Denver’s most on the list since 2016, with star cornerback Pat Surtain II sure to come.
This is a cool honor for Nik Bonitto, a key piece on a Super Bowl contending Broncos team in 2026 and beyond.
