Broncos QB Bo Nix moves up NFL Top 100 list, cracks top-60

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix has the respect of his fellow players.

Even if some in the national media continue to not rate Nix as highly as they should.

The NFL kept revealing its Top 100 Players on Monday morning and Nix checked in at No. 59 overall. That’s a five spot improvement from this time last year when Nix was No. 64 on the list.

And remember this is voted on by guys who actually suit up on Sundays, so it’s a nice tip of the cap to Bo Nix.

The players the NFL chose to feature in the video above include Pat Surtain II, Maxx Crosby from the Raiders and Garett Bolles.

Crosby, one of the most feared pass-rushers in the league, gave Nix his flowers.

“He’s a dog, I’ll give it to him,” Crosby said.

Bo Nix helped the Broncos to 13 comeback victories a season ago, which led the NFL. His fourth quarter magic included memorable rallies against the Eagles, Giants and so many others. Denver went 14-3 and earned the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs.

And of course the Broncos beat the Bills in the divisional round, but Nix broke his ankle in overtime and couldn’t play the following week in the AFC Title Game. Denver fell to New England 10-7 and desperately missed Nix.

He’s also higher on this list than the likes of Brock Purdy (No. 85), Baker Mayfield (No. 77), Jordan Love (No. 72), Lamar Jackson (No. 69) and Trevor Lawrence (No. 62).

That’s some good company for Nix to be ahead of, especially after the ESPN poll of league executives, coaches and scouts had Nix lower than all of them. He was the No. 18, 19 or 20th QB in the NFL according to that vote.

Nix joins Broncos teammates Zach Allen (No. 73) and Courtland Sutton (No. 68) who have also made the Top 100 thus far.

Coming off two ankle surgeries, Bo Nix has vowed he’s healthy and ready to go for 2026 with his eyes on the Super Bowl and an NFL MVP.

If that happens, his rise in the summer of 2027 will be even much further up these rankings.
