Blues goalie Jordan Binnington leaves Game 3 after collision with Kadri

Game 3 between the Colorado Avalanche and St. Louis Blues is off to a rocky start.
First, Avs defenseman Samuel Girard left the game after having his head slammed into the boards. Just minutes later, Blues goalie Jordan Binnington had to exit after a collision with Avalanche center Nazem Kadri. Kadri didn’t do anything wrong, but given his history with suspensions, this is going to be a major story.

St. Louis backup goalie Ville Husso is now in the game. The Avs and Blues are tied 1-1 midway through the first period.
