According to the experts, the Broncos are a long shot for Super Bowl LVI

Feb 8, 2021, 11:52 AM | Updated: 2:51 pm

With another Super Bowl in the books it’s officially the start of a new season, but the Denver Broncos 2021 season hopes aren’t exactly trending in the right direction.

The AFC West may continue to dominate the Broncos in the upcoming season. Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert was just named Offensive Rookie of the Year and the Kansas City Chiefs still continue to be a powerhouse, despite the Tampa Bay Buccaneers cracking their code in Sunday’s Super Bowl.

However, despite Kansas City’s 31-9 loss, DraftKings Sportsbook pegged the Chiefs as the favorites to win Super Bowl LVI with +550 odds. Where do the Broncos fall on the list? There’s not much of a chance fans will see the orange and blue anywhere near SoFi Stadium for the Super Bowl.

The Broncos come in with +6000 odds, tied for 25th among the league’s 32 teams. Denver finished the 2020 campaign at 5-11, recording four straight losing seasons for the first time since 1963-72 and now own the league’s second longest playoff drought at five years.

2022 Super Bowl Odds

Kansas City Chiefs +550 (wager $100 to win $550)
