New Broncos QB Russell Wilson doesn’t cut corners.
As his QB coach Jake Heaps told “The Drive” last week, Wilson has a team of people to assist him with everything. Whether that be trainers, physical therapists or chefs, they’re all around to help Wilson be his best. He also has a full production team that produces amazing behind the scenes content.
Wilson dropped a new hype video on Wednesday from his first workouts as Denver’s quarterback. It includes Courtland Sutton, Tim Patrick, KJ Hamler, Garett Bolles and others.
“New beginning. I’m excited for it,” Wilson says at the start of the video. “These guys are out here working every day, balling. I’m fired up for the journey. It’s going to be an amazing journey and I can’t wait for it. Let’s Ride. Broncos Country, we’re coming for ’em.”
There’s then about a 30 seconds of action from the football field, as well as guys having fun playing basketball and pickleball. Wilson’s message at the end may give you goosebumps.
“Man, what a day. We’ve been getting after it every day. The mission is set in stone. We’re trying to win the whole thing. We’re trying to win the world championship. We’re trying to win the Super Bowl, and it takes this kind of level of work. It takes this kind of dedication every day,” Wilson said. “Guys like Courtland and Tim, they’re leading the way. It’s been an amazing journey, so we’re excited. It’s just the beginning. We’re putting the work in. Broncos Country, we’re ready, we’re getting ready. We’re going to be that much better for you too. Let’s go. Let’s Ride.”
