Denver Broncos sign wide receiver Damion Willis

The Denver Broncos are signing wide receiver Damion Willis, according NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Willis is 6-3, 204 pounds and was originally signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2019. Willis appeared in 10 games with two starts as a rookie and recorded nine receptions for 82 yards.

Willis agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Bengals but was waived later on.

He was later claimed by the Cleveland Browns, but was waived before the start of the 2020 season.

The Broncos wide receiver room was already crowded with the likes of Courtland Sutton, Tim Patrick, KJ Hamler, Jerry Jeudy and Diontae Spencer at the top of the list.

Willis will likely represent depth at a very stacked position.
