In the first hour Tyler and DMac react to last night’s duel between Joe Burrow and Baker Mayfield. Would you take Joe Burrow over Drew Lock right now, if you could? At The Water Cooler, the guys laugh at Jon Gruden, who clearly has never seen Star Wars. Mike Klis, our 9News Broncos Insider, joins the show to preview Sunday’s game against the Steelers.
In the second hour, Tyler and DMac discuss whether or not Courtland Sutton will be available against the Steelers. The guys react to Tom McMahon’s comments after today’s Broncos practice and debate whether or not Diontae Spencer is the right man to return punts. DMac and Tyler preview the game between the Broncos and Steelers during The Drive’s Friday Fire Up!
In the third hour, Tyler and DMac run through their prop bets for Sunday’s game against the Steelers. George Karl, our Fan Nuggets Analyst, joins the show to preview the first game of the Western Conference Finals.
In the fourth hour, Tyler and DMac recap the top stories of the day during the Top 6 at 6:00. The guys wish CJ Anderson a happy retirement and get fired up for tonight’s game between the Nuggets and Lakers! Pedro Gomez, our ESPN MLB Insider, joins the show to assess the current state of the Colorado Rockies as they take on the Los Angeles Dodgers.
