Three keys to a Broncos win over the Titans
Getting Bo Nix back on track is of paramount importance if the Broncos are to advance to 2-0 for the first time since 2021.
INDIANAPOLIS — The Denver Broncos got by last week with Bo Nix committing three turnovers during their win over the Tennessee Titans.
They were able to beat the Colts last year with Nix giving away the football three times, too.
But that was because Denver got something of a miracle — or at least a gift — from Colts running back Jonathan Taylor, who dropped the football in celebration before crossing the goal line with a touchdown that would have put the Colts up at least 19-7 — 20-7, assuming they would have hit the extra point.
Instead, the score remained 13-7, and the Broncos seized momentum.
“So then that happened, [and] clearly you can tell like there was, like, a different sense of life,” defensive end Zach Allen said on the Green Light with Chris Long podcast during the offseason.
The Broncos hope they won’t need such a miracle this time. From the site of what to this day is called the “Milan Miracle” — a legendary high-school championship that inspired the film “Hoosiers” — watch the above video for three keys to a Broncos win.
