Broncos QB Bo Nix shares video of himself running on Instagram

With Broncos Country’s unease about Bo Nix’s ankle troubles mounting in the wake of word that he underwent clean-up surgery and could miss the team’s organized team activities in June, the quarterback took to Instagram Friday with a post highlighting some of his springtime activities — including a clip of him running at Broncos Park Powered By CommonSpirit.

For dramatic effect, he places the video ninth in a nine-photo Instagram post.

The video is undated, although based on the lack of leaf coverage on the deciduous trees in the background, it would appear as if the video was shot before last week, when he underwent his follow-up examination and clean-up procedure.

Last Saturday, Broncos coach Sean Payton said there was “nothing to report” regarding Nix and his follow-up appointment in the wake of the ankle injury suffered Jan. 17 in the divisional-round win over Buffalo. Three days later, NFL Network reported that Nix underwent the follow-up procedure at the re-check, and that his availability for OTAs was in question.

Nix’s post doesn’t clear anything up regarding whether the Broncos will see him guiding the offense in practice just over one month from now.

But it’s clear that he wants the public to know that in recent weeks, he was moving just fine as he went about the paces of his offseason.
