Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is a wounded man.

That’s not going to stop him from playing against the Denver Broncos in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs on Saturday.

There was never really a question with Allen chasing his first Super Bowl ring, but NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport confirmed as much on Monday morning. He also went through everything that Allen is dealing with.

Josh Allen has an old foot injury that is a bone issue, according to Rapoport.

And against the Jacksonville Jaguars in a thrilling 27-24 win on Saturday, Allen picked up two more injuries. He banged his finger on a helmet, causing it to jam. He also got his knee twisted, which Allen said it was rolled up on but Rapoport disagreed.

Regardless, Allen is tough as nails. He threw for 273 yards and a touchdown in the win over the Jags, plus rushed for 33 yards and two more touchdowns, including the game-winner late in the fourth quarter.

The Broncos know Josh Allen is ailing and will look to hit him early and often on Saturday. He’ll be running on adrenaline, but Denver’s vaunted defensive line needs to make life very difficult for him.

With the game being a day earlier than normal, we’ll get our first injury report on Tuesday. Josh Allen will almost assuredly be on it, perhaps even limited in practice, but he’s three wins away from his first title. You know he desperately wants to get it done.

But the Broncos are in his way. And if Allen’s not at 100 percent (he isn’t), that’s an advantage for Denver.
