Broncos players react to scary situation with Bills safety Damar Hamlin

The entire NFL world paused on Monday night after Bills safety Damar Hamlin collapsed in the first quarter against the Bengals.
Hamlin made a tackle on Cincinnati receiver Tee Higgins and briefly got to his feet before immediately falling to the ground. Hamlin’s heart stopped as he went into a cardiac arrest. He was revived on the field, put into an ambulance and spent the night at the UC Medical Center for further testing and treatment. He remains in critical condition.
The situation could not have been more scary for Hamlin’s teammates, the Bengals, fans and other players around the league. An outpouring of support for Hamlin began to immediately roll in, including from the Broncos.

The NFL announced on Tuesday the Bills and Bengals game will not resume this week. The league hasn’t shared any other info, including the status of Week 18.
