Broncos-Rams inactives: Randy Gregory good to go

Dec 25, 2022, 1:08 PM

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — Despite not practicing all week, Randy Gregory made it through his pre-game workout well and is active for the Broncos’ Christmas Day game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Gregory dealt with knee soreness immediately after his return to action last week. He underwent a knee scope in October and missed nine consecutive games.

Also active for the first time since coming off injured reserve is RB Chase Edmonds. Denver officially moved Edmonds to the 53-player roster Saturday. He is the eighth player activated from injured reserve this season. Denver has no IR activations remaining.

RB Latavius Murray, LG Dalton Risner, WR Courtland Sutton and CB K’Waun Williams are also active after being questionable this week.

Backup OT Calvin Anderson is inactive after injuring his ankle in practice Thursday. Anderson was seen in a walking boot in the locker room Friday afternoon.

WR Kendall Hinton is also inactive due to a hamstring injury.

The Broncos had five healthy scratches:

  • DL Elijah Garcia
  • QB Jarrett Guarantano
  • WR Brandon Johnson
  • CB Michael Ojemudia
  • TE Albert Okwuegbunam
