The Colorado Buffaloes are on the board, adding in their first four or five-star player in the upcoming class just days ahead of signing day.
Dylan Edwards, the Kansas high school player of the year, has decommitted from Notre Dame and will join Deion Sanders in Boulder. The 5-foot-9 running back from Derby, KS dropped a video while wearing a Colorado Buffaloes jersey next to Coach Prime.

The speedster, like his coach, runs a sub 4.4 40-yard dash and is the eighth-best running back prospect for his class nationwide. ESPN ranks him as the 156th-best player of the crop of kids going to college in the fall.

As a senior this fall, he had 1,900 rushing yards and 32 touchdowns on the ground, while also adding 227 yards receiving and three touchdowns on 15 catches.
Edwards is the first ESPN 300 recruit in the 2023 class for Colorado and the first for the Buffaloes since the class of 2020.
Sanders had a ton of success recruiting star prospects to FCS-level Jackson State and it’s thought he’ll do the same in Boulder. Hired officially a week ago, Sanders has already made a few splashes, bringing in Louie.
