What will be the Broncos offensive identity in 2018?: ‘Pritchard & Cecil’

May 7, 2018, 12:49 PM

Pritchard & Cecil – 05/07/2018 – Pritchard & Cecil live in studio. Monday’s show the guys talk about C.J. Anderson possibly being close to finding a new team, the Broncos offensive identity this year and how Case Keenum plays into the Broncos offense in 2018-2019. Patrick Saunders from The Denver Post also joined the program.

Listen to hour one here!

Hour one Pritchard & Cecil talk about a certain former Bronco that might be finding a new home soon this off-season. Does C.J. Anderson have a new home? If so, this new home could spell trouble for the Denver Broncos. Does C.J. have an axe to grind when it comes to the Broncos, will he be able to with his new team? Also, the Broncos did not draft a quarterback. Does this mean they really believe in Case Keenum? Or more so their backups in Paxton Lynch and Chad Kelly? Why is there still hope in Paxton Lynch? Do they think they found a 7th round gem in Chad Kelly? The guys answer those questions and much more!

Also, this Broncos draft class seems to be legit, but what else can the team do to get better for 2018? How do they match up against their division rivals? How much better can this team be in one off-season?

Listen to hour two here!

Hour two Pritchard & Cecil talk about possibly landing spots for former Broncos running back C.J. Anderson who was let go by the team this off-season. The guys get into if Anderson could land somewhere in the AFC and if the Broncos should be worried about Anderson being extra motivated to face his former team. What happens if C.J. Anderson goes to an AFC West team? The fellas break that down and the latest with other teams adding pieces to their teams this off-season as Broncos rookie camps begin later this week at Dove Valley.

Plus, the guys talk about certain players at Broncos rookie mini camp later this week and what we can take away from it. Cecil Lammey explains how running back Phillip Lindsay can somewhat cement himself into a role with the Broncos at rookie mini camp. The guys discuss how some undrafted rookies might show better than some drafted rookies.

Listen to hour three here!

Hour three Pritchard & Cecil talk about the Broncos offensive identity and how the team goes about that this season with new quarterback Case Keenum. Can Keenum help the Broncos establish an identity on offense this season? Pritchard & Cecil break down the Broncos offense this past season and how we might see it change going into 2018. The guys also break down the impact that Keenum will have on the offense overall this year. The guys get into that and much more revolving around the Broncos offense this season.

For the rest of the final hour of the show the guys break down some topics from the first couple hours of the show and also get into some other topics from around the NFL right now. The guys break down some of what’s happening around the league including a possible move inside the AFC West.
