Should the Broncos entertain the idea of bringing back Elvis Dumervil?

If the idea is the Denver Broncos can’t have “too many pass rushers,” should the club entertain the idea of bringing back one of its most prolific quarterback chasers?
“Pritchard and Cecil” co-host Mike Pritchard floated the idea of reuniting Batman (Dumervil), who has been on the free agency market since being released in March by the San Francisco 49ers, and Robin (Von Miller).
“If you’re the Denver Broncos, do you have an inside track of getting Dumervil back here and having a pass rusher opposite of Von Miller in case of emergency — somebody gets nicked up or somebody not playing at the level they need to be playing at?” Pritchard said. “Then yeah, you say, ‘Elvis come back here.’ That would be great.”
The question is, however, would Dumervil be receptive to the idea of finishing his career with the Broncos? “Maybe.”
“It’s no different than like a Dwight Freeney or anybody else who is truly playing the game at this point in their career, one, because they love to and are healthy enough to do it and, two, they want to win,” Pritchard said.”
“So, the money, they have to accept whatever money situation is available to them.”
During his tenure in Denver, Dumervil earned Pro Bowl honors three times and was named a First-Team All-Pro in 2009. He started 75 games for the Broncos over seven seasons, racking up 63.5 sacks.
In 2011 and 2012, the only two years Miller and Dumervil played together, the pass-rushing duo combined for 50.5 sacks.
