Stokley & Zach 1/5/2018

Listen to hour one here!

It’s a Bud Light Football Friday and the guys are live from Blake Street Tavern. Stoke comes right out and tells us how important the quarterback position is and what the Broncos need to do to find one. Stoke says that Kirk Cousins is the best option but drafting with the number 5 overall pick is a close second.

The guys dive into whether they think more starters will be signed or let go, and Stoke says that more will be signed and DT and Emmanuel Sanders will both be back.

The guys break the news that Wyoming quarterback, Josh Allen will be playing in the 2018 Senior Bowl and most likely for the Broncos staff coached North team. Oklahoma quarterback, Baker Mayfield will also be on the North team.

Listen to hour two here!

Stoke says that the 2018 draft is way more important than the 2018 free agency. Stoke says that you can’t keep shelling out money to patch holes on the Broncos because there are just too many holes. Stoke also says that the Broncos need to get back to drafting and developing well.

Stoke & Zach talk about how much former Broncos Head Coach, Gary Kubiak will influence things now that he has an expanding role in the Broncos organization.

Stoke & Zach fill in the blank when it comes to these next few weeks of the off season. Stoke says it will take at least a week to get the entire coaching staff in tact but not past the Senior Bowl.

The fellas give their predictions for the 2018 Wild Card games this weekend.

Stoke & Zach take a couple callers from Broncos Country and answer questions and react to what they hear.

Stoke’s beef on Friday is with everyone not being ok with the Jon Gruden being signed for ten years and $100 Million contract. Stoke says that it’s good for the Raiders Organization even though they are in the same conference as the Broncos.
