Stoke is out on Thursday and Cecil Lammey is in. The fellas kick off the show with Cecil asking Kirk Cousins how many times he gets asked if “He likes that”.
The fellas talk about Paxton and if the young quarterback deserves another chance at starting to get a good evaluation. The guys think maybe Brock Osweiler could get another look as well for the 2018 season.
Zach asks Cecil about other veteran quarterbacks that the Broncos could be interested in entering the 2018 season.
Cecil and Zach go over what they want in a quarterback and Cecil ranks his top free agent quarterbacks that could be on the map for the Broncos.
The most popular quarterback in the Broncos locker room could be Chad Kelly and the fellas talk about what type of quarterback he is despite being on the IR.
Broncos Head Coach, Vance Joseph is live at Dove Valley along with the two coordinators and the fellas take the pressers live. Vance says there is a really good chance that running back, DeAngelo Henderson plays this week and he still has yet to name a starting quarterback.
Cecil says that if Paxton plays these next two games and does well, it would mean more confusion for the Broncos rather that clarity which is really what the Broncos need right now.
Paxton was in front of the press yesterday and the fellas think one of his answers hints at him not wanting to play. The guys talk about other quarterbacks who have been through injuries and still have the fire to be out on the field.
