Stoke and Zach kick off Tuesday’s show with Stink coming back at stoke after his comments on being a guard and non-athletic yesterday.
The starting quarterback has still not been decided by Vance Joseph and the rest of the Broncos coaching staff. The Broncos could wait until Thursday to name the starter but the fellas think maybe both quarterbacks will play.
Stoke says if you draft a quarterback early in the 2018 Draft, you have to play him no matter what and not make the same mistake as they did with Paxton Lynch.
Fan Broncos Insider, Cecil Lammey joins the guys to talk about Cody Latimer possibly trying to strike a deal with the Broncos before he goes on the open market. Cecil says the Broncos see more out of him than just a special team’s player and could be a legit number two receiver. The 2017 Jacksonville Jaguars are looking a lot like the 2015 Broncos on defense and it looks like a formula that is working for one of the youngest teams in the NFL.
The Broncos will be attempting to address the biggest problem on offense this off season and the guys talk about what the best option for the Broncos would be at the position. Stink doesn’t think the Redskins will be willing to let go of Kirk Cousins so the Broncos will have to look other places like the draft or other free agents.
Denver 7’s, Troy Renck joins the show to talk about the Kirk Cousins situation and how much money the Broncos should be willing to spend on a free agent quarterback if they end up going that route.
