Brandon Stokley – 01/30/2017 – Tyler Polumbus sitting in alongside Brandon Stokley live in studio. Monday’s show the guys start to get into Super Bowl 51 as the Falcons take on the Patriots, John Lynch being hired as the new GM for the 49ers and more on the Broncos starting quarterback situation heading into the off-season. Former NFL player now with ESPN Dominique Foxworth and Our Fan Broncos Insider Cecil Lammey both joined the show.
Hour one Tyler Polumbus and Brandon Stokley talk about former NFL safety John Lynch being named as the new GM of the San Francisco 49ers. The guys get into what type of move this was for the team. Tyler Polumbus gives his thoughts on why the 49ers would hire a person that has now previous GM or front office experience in the NFL. Tyler goes into other examples of guys that have succeeded after being hired with no front office experience. Brandon Stokley then weighs in and gives his thoughts on if John Lynch’s media experience could help him as a GM in the NFL.
For the rest of the first hour the guys talk a little about John Elway and what he has been able to do with the Broncos front office. The fellas discuss that and how that might relate to John Lynch. Hour two Tyler Polumbus and Brandon Stokley talk about the latest report on Broncos corner back Aqib Talib being found to have shot himself last Summer. The guys give their thoughts on Talib’s lawyer statement from this past Friday. The fellas discuss what this could mean for the future of Talib with the Broncos. Brandon Stokley goes into Talib’s remaining contract with the Broncos and if the off the field issues will impact his future with the team. Tyler Polumbus also breaks down his thoughts on the issue and why Talib is more then just a great player for the Broncos.
Our Fan Broncos Insider Cecil Lammey live in Houston joined Tyler Polumbus and Brandon Stokley. Cecil first goes into the 49ers hiring former Broncos safety John Lynch as their new GM. Cecil explains what he’s waiting to see from John Lynch in the 49ers front office. The fellas break that down and explain what the players are going through right now leading up to Sundays tilt between the Falcons and Broncos.

Tyler Polumbus weighs in with his thoughts to why the 49ers may have decided to go with a GM that hasn’t had any prior experience as a GM. Brandon Stokley gives his thoughts on Tyler’s thoughts and why it’ll be boom or bust with John Lynch in San Francisco.
