It appears Trevor Siemian’s sprained foot has healed enough to allow the second-year quarterback to start Sunday for the Denver Broncos as they take on the Tennessee Titans in Nashville.
According to a report from 9News Bronco Insider Mike Klis, a player source indicates Siemian will start barring any unforeseen complications.

Siemian missed last week’s game on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars with the injury, with rookie Paxton Lynch starting in relief. Lynch threw for just 104 yards, no touchdown and no picks on 12-of-24 passing.
It was the second time Lynch has started this season with Siemian out due to injury, the first in a Week 5 loss at home the Atlanta Falcons. In that game, Lynch went 23-of-25 for 223 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 interception.

Coming back from injury against the San Diego Chargers in Week 6, Siemian completed 30 passes on 50 attempts for 1 touchdown, though the Broncos fell short 21-13.
Siemian injured the foot during an overtime loss to the Kansas City Chiefs two weeks ago in arguably the best game of his season, and career, throwing for 368 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions.
