C.J. and Stokley – 09/08/2016 – C.J. and Stokley live from Civic Center Park. Thursday’s show the guys talk about the Broncos Panthers rematch and give their official predictions. Former NFL quarterback now with ESPN Trent Dilfer and former NFL safety John Lynch both joined the show.

Hour one C.J. and Stokley talk about the Broncos taking on the Panthers tonight in their season opener. The guys dig deep into the game and look at some of the key position battles in tonight’s game. The fellas discuss what the Broncos must do in order to win the game. C.J. and Brandon Stokley weigh in on what the Broncos also need to do in order to help protect Trevor Siemian.

For the rest of the hour C.J. and Brandon Stokley talk about the Broncos defense against the Panthers offense. The guys break down how the Panthers might look to contain Von Miller from doing what he did in their previous match up in the Super Bowl.

C.J. then somewhat agrees with Stokley and talks about his thoughts on the issue. Plus, the guys give scenarios where the Broncos could win tonight.

Former Broncos and NFL safety John Lynch joined C.J. and Stokley. John talks about Von Miller’s progression as a player and compares him to a a former player that is now in the Hall of Fame.
