Two days until the Broncos third preseason game as Big Al will be in the TV booth with Color commentary duties. We are joined by Mike Chambers from the Denver Post as today was a big day for the Avalanche, as they’ve signed a Head Coach… Jared Bednar. We are joined by Mike Klis from 9NEWS and Cecil Lammey, our Broncos Insider, to help preview this weekend’s match up with the Rams.
The Drive LIVE with Big Al and DMac as Alfred had his TV production meetings today and we talk about the movie “Sausage Party” that came out recently. Getting back on topic, DMac says he’d rather not be allowed to see practice if they continue to practice how they have been lately. Feelings are growing that Kubiak truly hasn’t figured out what he’s going to do at the Quarterback position yet.
The Big Three at 3:30 brings up Ryan Lochte being summoned to appear in court in Brazil to testify about his false reporting of a crime to Police, Barkevious Mingo was traded today to New England, the Avalanche signed Jared Bednar as their next Head Coach and Kevin Durant’s departure from OKC has ruffled some feathers in Oklahoma.
Mike Chambers from the Denver Post jumps on with the show to discuss the Avalanche signing Jared Bednar to coach their team. It appears this new guys is a polar opposite from the exiting Patrick Roy and the future looks bright with him at the helm. Catch our conversation with Mike HERE!
Football at Four underway with our producer Raj Sharan coming on to talk about what’s going on with the new Madden as the broadcasters will have updated sound each week based on how things are going in real life. We hear from Alfred about some of the things Coach Kubiak shared with him earlier this afternoon at his press production meeting as Alfred will be doing color commentary on the Broncos game on Saturday against the Rams.
Mike Klis from 9NEWS joins the show to talk about his ability to use technology. Also, what the Quarterback rotation could look like in the Broncos’ third preseason game on Saturday against the Rams. Mike says that he thinks if Camp were two or three weeks longer, Paxton Lynch could very well be the opening day starter. Hear the interview with Mike HERE!
