Broncos get set for joint practices with 49ers: C.J. and Stokley

Tuesday’s show the guys talk about a light day of practice for the Broncos at Champ Camp, Pat Bowlen being left out of the Hall of Fame and the Rockies falling to the Nationals. 9News Broncos Insider Mike Klis, Our Fan Broncos Insider Cecil Lammey and play by play voice of the Rockies for Root Sports Drew Goodman joined the show.

Hour one C.J. and Brandon Stokley talk about some of what happened out at Broncos Champ Camp today. The guys get into how some of the position battles shook out at training camp today. The fellas also get into the news from yesterday that Vance Walker will miss entire season with a torn ACL. C.J. and Brandon Stokley break down what that means for the Broncos this season.

C.J. and Brandon Stokley were called out by Schlereth and Evans on one of their QB takes from yesterday. The guys play back the audio from this morning and react to it. C.J. and Brandon Stokley stick to their original opinion from yesterday that the Broncos should cut Mark Sanchez if Siemian wins the starting QB job. The guys get into that and more in the first hour.

Hour two C.J. and Stokley talk about the Broncos QB battle as Mark Sanchez and Trevor Siemian continue to battle for the Broncos starting QB job. C.J. and Brandon Stokley give an update to who they think is winning the Broncos starting QB job.

The guys also get into why the Broncos should cut Mark Sanchez if Trevor Siemian wins the Broncos starting QB job. The fellas look at the positives of cutting Mark Sanchez if he doesn’t start week 1 of the season. C.J. and Brandon Stokley explain how the Broncos could use some of that money saved from Mark Sanchez towards Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders.
