Big Al tells DMac he couldn’t find any plays the Broncos quit on Sunday, and DMac says his little birdie told him expect Denver to line up in more 2-TE sets. Al says each player on the team has traits to form a winning product, and Mike McCoy’s offense has been terrible. The guys talk to Julie with Bonfils about the need for blood donations, and how we can save lives when tragedy strikes. In the Big 3 @ 3:30, DMac leads off with Chris Harris Jr. audio on TJ Ward’s presence being missed on the field, and Big Al says Harris is being unfair to Justin Simmons and the players Denver has now. Al asks DMac what he would do with a top-10 pick, and if he would rather have a pocket passer or a scrambler. LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!!!

In Football @ 4:00, the Broncos sign Joseph Jones off of Seattle’s practice squad, and Al tells DMac he wants to start getting Hunter Sharp in the mix. Julie from Bonfils joins the show, and laughs with the guys about Paxton & Hunter Sharp jumping in the photo booth with cowboy hats at Drive For Life from Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Also, Big Al says Devontae Booker can’t be in the Denver backfield until he learns to chip like CJ and Jamaal. Al says he watched Cam Newton’s offense flourish when using the QB as a runner, and the Broncos should do the same thing with Paxton to open up Denver’s offense. Al says you must find a system that matches the player. DMac asks Al how he would attack the Patriots defense, and Al says we caught a break, because Dont’a Hightower is on IR and New England lacks dynamic pass rushers.

The guys talk about the hash marks in college football compared to the NFL, and decide that it’s a completely different game. DMac says that’s what makes finding an NFL QB so hard, and Big Al explains what happens if we have to make another switch. Al wants to know how many more times he has to hear that we are wasting this defense. Al finds out who DMac would give a statue to, including Peyton Manning, John Elway, and Floyd Little. DMac says stopping the Eagles to begin the second half would have gone a long way, and Brock’s second interception was in garbage time. The guys try to stay optimistic about the Broncos offense.
