Hour 1 of The Football Insider with Cecil Lammey kicked off with his thoughts on the Broncos free agents. Cecil believes that Brock Osweiler is the best option at QB for Denver and for Houston as opposed to drafting a quarterback. It’s been reported that the Texans are very interested in Brock Osweiler, and they have the best chance at prying him away from the Broncos.
