Aqib Talib named best cover man by PFF. Senior Bowl names to keep in mind and an update on what Broncos are headed to the Pro Bowl. Tyler Polumbus joins the show with his thoughts on the Pro Bowl & injuries to pending NFL free agents like T.J. Lang.
Why the Broncos didn’t start Paxton Lynch in Week 17 & stay conservative with him against Jacksonville. What was said to Gary Kubiak when he told everyone to go pound sand. Al hints at when Kubiak will be back in the NFL coaching again. Remembering Tebow to Demaryius & designing the offense for Paxton next year. Boiling down Broncos biggest loss from two years ago, the name Peyton Manning rings loud. Former Nuggets guard Earl Boykins joins the show. Al tells DMac & Earl sometimes it’s time for new blood, like in the case of Brent Musberger. DMac asks Al what Roger was supposed to do. Guaranteed contracts in the NFL & fighting for more money. DMac talks to Al about the Rockies bringing someone like Greg Holland in & remember Bill Geivett and Ubaldo crushing the beans. DMac wonders what Tracy is doing and reminds Al how fast the fall can be from baseball royalty.
Al tells DMac we are closer to summertime than you realize. Tyler Polumbus joins the show & tries to remember skiing techniques & Cherry Creek chants. Pro Bowl and playoff vacations are planned, but Tyler tells Al he hardly ever planned them. Al asks Tyler what all of T.J. Also, the guys remember Mary Tyler Moore & discuss Tiger using ‘The Scotty’ for years & never using another putter despite the deal with Taylor Made.
