LISTEN TO HOUR ONE HERE!!!

DMac wants to find out what’s going through Vance Joseph’s mind when it comes to the Denver Broncos QB situation, and gauges how safe VJ is now that the Broncos have won two straight. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter joins the show to discuss Jerry Richardson’s awful situation, and how he is trying to avoid investigation by the NFL by selling the Carolina Panthers instead. Adam mentions what happened when the wifi went out as Jesse James extended the ball over the goal line against the New England Patriots, and what he thinks the Denver Broncos will do about their problematic QB competition. Listen to the interview HERE! The boys laugh about Gene Steratore’s index card determining whether or not the Cowboys got a first down on SNF, and Al wants to know if Denver should target another quarterback in NFL free agency or through a trade. Also, Al lays out some young QBs Denver should keep an eye on as the ’18 NFL Draft approaches. The NFL rule book is opened up, and Al tells DMac things might have been different if Roethlisberger’s last pass was to Antonio Brown instead of Eli Rogers. DMac is impressed with Tony Romo in the booth, and talks about the difficulty of calling the game in a similar situation to what Romo & Nance dealt with on Sunday.

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!!!

Vance Joseph doesn’t name a starter, and Big Al explains that’s VJ sounding out the message that Denver no longer has to win, and that the Broncos coaching staff is safe. Al asks DMac where management comes in when deciding which QB will start from week to week, and DMac says Elway has some pull. DMac says winning the last two games was important for the Broncos, because the coaches were trying to save their jobs. Al says taxpayers are contributing to NFL teams & their new stadiums across the nation, so some pride should be taken in getting wins down the stretch. Callers ask Al & DMac if the Broncos should target a star wide receiver in free agency or the draft, and DMac points out all the best QB-WR tandems and asks if that has brought any teams a Super Bowl. Denver7 Broncos Insider Troy Renck joins the show to tell DMac why the Broncos are so hesitant to name a starter at QB. Renck mentions why Denver needs to see more of Paxton Lynch, and gives an update on Paxton’s ankle & if it’s healthy enough for him to start. Troy breaks down Bill Musgrave’s value in the offseason, and tells DMac about his upcoming Christmas gift in DeAngelo Henderson. Listen to the interview HERE!
