The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE in studio! Billy Winn joins the show to tell DMac why he called him a jerk at Broncos training camp today. Billy says he stays ready for any role they want him to play, and coaches have done a good job installing the FBI – or what he calls Football Intelligence. Cecil Lammey joins the show to talk about the ten minute stretch where Siemian didn’t complete a pass, but did drive the Broncos into FG territory when they needed it.

The Broncos RBs fared well against the first-team defense, and DMac highlights the series that got everyone’s attention with Paxton Lynch, and the play to Traylor. Siemian looked terrible at times, DMac says this could be the day, and Al says watch Kyle Sloter. Billy Winn joins the show to tell DMac why he called him a jerk at Broncos training camp today. Billy says he stays ready for any role they want him to play, and coaches have done a good job installing the FBI – or what he calls Football Intelligence. Billy highlights the importance of knowing what to do if a guy on special teams goes down, and tells Al & DMac what kind of leader Vance Joseph is. DMac says it can be tough on the two young QBs competing against the Broncos number one defense, and Billy is quick to tell him its only going to make them better. Big Al says as a Broncos offensive lineman, you can’t wait for the action to come to you, and DMac wonders if DeMarcus Walker can be a four-down guy. Cecil Lammey joins the show to talk about the ten minute stretch where Siemian didn’t complete a pass, but did drive the Broncos into FG territory when they needed it. DMac asks Cecil about Paxton’s failures in key moments, and Cecil glazes over the whole Sloter thing. Cecil says the entire QB competition has been disappointing, and its too late for Kaepernick or RGIII to be brought in. After all, THE DECISION looks like it will be based on hope. Big Al wonders what the deal is with QBs getting passes batted down at the line, and if Paxton’s mental toughness is being tested. DMac asks Al if the Broncos are trying to win games, or move on from Kaepernick & Osweiler. Also, who in Denver would attack Elway for signing Colin Kaepernick & how long will it take these current Broncos QBs to get right.
