On this Reaction Monday, it’s The Drive with DMac and Tyler Polumbus (in for Big Al) talking about last night’s Broncos loss in Kansas City against the Chiefs. Adam Schefter, Cecil Lammey and Mike Klis join the show to talk about what’s next for this Broncos team, the defending Super Bowl Champions that will NOT be making a Playoff appearance this year.
The Drive with DMac and Tyler Polumbus (in for Big Al) get the show going on this Reaction Monday hearing comments made by Gary Kubiak from both last night and earlier today regarding last night’s loss against the Chiefs in Kansas City. The Big Three at 3:30 brings up who the Broncos should start at Quarterback in the final game of their season, Mike Zimmer in need of P.R. lessons and the Terry Bradshaw/Mike Tomlin drama. Adam Schefter of ESPN joins the show to help give us some insight on where Gary Kubiak sits himself, looking into the future, possibly thinking about retirement. Looking forward to a week from now, the NFL world will be a crazy place to be but doesn’t expect big things from the Broncos. DMac also presses Adam on potential trade partners for the Broncos in the off-season. Catch the entire conversation with Adam HERE!
Football at Four underway with Cecil Lammey, our Fan Broncos Insider, joining the show on this Reaction Monday to help break down last night’s ‘Debacle at Arrowhead,’ ending the Broncos’ Playoff hopes. Cecil gives us the feeling down at Dove Valley from earlier this afternoon. Cecil thinks Kubiak will start Paxton Lynch against Oakland, instead of Trevor Siemian, because of his comments made last night talking about the Raider game being all about “the future.” Next, the fellas talk about changes that should be made to this Broncos Coaching staff this off-season. Mike Klis from 9NEWS joins the show to talk about the feeling of the plane ride home from Kansas City. Also, changes that will be made in the off-season regarding the Broncos Front Office, including some changes that could be made to the coaching staff. Mike also thinks DeMarcus Ware will be playing his last game as a Bronco. Listen to the interview with Mike HERE!
The third and final hour of The Drive underway with DMac and Tyler talking about last night’s Broncos loss to the Chiefs. The Offense, Trevor Siemian, the Offensive Linemen were brutal. Top to bottom, all three phases of a football game, that was as bad of a Broncos performance as we’ve seen all year long. The Closing Bell rings on the Cleveland Browns and Dontari Poe as trending up. Trending down are the Broncos, as well as Ezekiel Elliott’s wallet. Tyler thinks there won’t be as many changes with this Broncos organization that people would want because of the loyalty that Kubiak has for his guys.
