The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE! DMac wonders if NFL coaches think they can fix Josh Allen’s accuracy, and says Allen’s stock might be on the rise after this week. Also, Al remembers Jake Plummer’s chemistry with Ashley Lelie, and the guys decide if Josh Allen can become an accurate QB.

Al & Dmac dive into the John Elway mindset, and fixing Josh Allen’s accuracy issues. The guys agree Baker Mayfield is a step ahead of the others. Big Al remembers bonding in the game room with the fellas on the Broncos Super Bowl roster, and reminisces about the 20-year anniversary of the Broncos defeating the Packers in Super Bowl XXXII. Al mentions Mike McCoy one last time, and DMac asks what the standard is when grading Luke Falk. Also, Gronk on the injury report with a concussion. DMac says Nebraska QB Tanner Lee is not done with the process, and Al agrees Luke Falk can’t be dismissed as an option after having one bad week. DMac gauges Al’s interest in bringing Case Keenum or Kirk Cousins to Denver, and Al says he is no longer interested in Cousins considering the price tag. Upgrading the Broncos defense via free agency & the draft, Big Al takes a look at LB Ogbonnia Okoronkwo from Oklahoma, and says Denver could get good value on him due to his underrated size. The guys decide Kubiak will be responsible for finding the QB that fits Denver, and what a reasonable number would be to pay our new QB1. Also, Al & DMac take a look at the Vikings QBs as a model for how we want things to be in Denver.

Baker Mayfield meets with the Saints, Bills, Jets & Dolphins, and Big Al says teams don’t lose value on QB prospects that don’t play. Also, Gary Kubiak is compared to the Godfather. Callers want the Broncos to be more innovative with their play-calling, and Big Al says Josh McDaniels & all the rest of Tom Brady’s coaches are trash without Tom. Big Al has some last-minute prospects to watch that stood out at the Senior Bowl, and DMac says there is lots of talent out there.
