A day off for the Broncos today as The Drive with Cecil Lammey (in for DMac) and Big Al are joined by John McClain from the Houston Chronicle to talk about Brock Osweiler’s benching. Tyler Polumbus and Soren Petro from Kansas City to talk about what this Bronco squad needs to look forward to in order to top the Chiefs on Sunday.
The Drive with Big Al and Cecil Lammey get the the show rolling rehashing Sunday’s Broncos loss to the Patriots. The fellas ask which player, from the Offensive side of the ball, is the one to stand up and address the team after things go bad? The Big Three at 3:30 brings up the Buffalo Bills’ plans with Tyrod Taylor, the Carolina Panthers may be down this year but will be back next year and Jordan Reed rabbit-punched Kirk Coleman. John McClain from the Houston Chronicle joins the show to talk about the Houston Texan’s decision to bench Brock Osweiler in favor of Tom Savage. The fellas toss around that Brock has been an ‘exceptional starting Quarterback, does everything correct OFF THE FIELD. Once he gets on the field, it’s a flip of the script. Soren tells us what’s going on with this Chiefs team, losing to Tennessee. The Chiefs have some serious struggles in the Red Zone, as well as in the cold.
