On a Bud Light Football Friday, it’s The Drive with Big Al and DMac discussing today’s big news of the Broncos interviewing Chiefs’ Special Teams coach, Dave Toub, to be their next Head Coach.  Cecil Lammey and Tyler Polumbus join the show to talk about this weekend’s NFL Playoff games.

The Drive with Big Al and DMac with Cecil Lammey in for DMac to start the show, gets going talking about the Broncos and Dave Toub, whom the team is interview today for their Head Coaching position.  Alfred touches on how an NFL team interviews.  They, not only interview for their open positions, but also pick the brain of these up and coming Coaches to learn what makes them tick.  The Big Three at 3:30 brings up the NFL Playoffs this weekend, Steve Smith Sr. retires from the NFL and the San Antonio Spurs’ success so far without Tim Duncan.  DMac joins the show LIVE from The Fan’s Ski Escape as Cecil hangs out the rest of the hour to talk about the Broncos interviewing Dave Toub earlier today out in Kansas City.

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!!

Football at Four underway with an NFL Playoff Preview as Big Al and DMac go over this weekend’s games as the Raiders and Texans play, Eli and the Giants are in Lambeau taking on Green Bay.  Miami takes on Pittsburgh and the Lions and Seahawks face off.  Tyler Polumbus joins the show to talk about his old teams that are playing this weekend, the Falcons and Seahawks.  Also, what kind of coach is Wes Phillips and could Wade be a fit in Washington?  Listen to the conversation with Tyler HERE!  The hour wraps with Big Al talking about not being able to evaluate a Quarterback when the Offensive Line is horrible.  Alfred wraps the hour by calling this Broncos situation “toxic,” due to where the Quarterback situation stands right now.

 

LISTEN TO HOUR THREE HERE!!!

The third and final hour of The Drive underway with the fellas talking about Gary Kubiak’s preference to coach veteran Quarterbacks.  Next, the guys go back and forth regarding possible animosity between Kubiak and John Elway regarding playing certain personnel.  If this Broncos Coaching staff had been as loose as they were in the final game of the season for the entire staff, it could’ve been a good year.  The Closing Bell rings on Von Miller, Aqib Talib and Chris Harris Jr for being voted All Pros.  Also Trending up is the inability to back your players if you’re a Head Coach of a College Football program.  Trending down are the Denver Nuggets after dropping their fourth straight.
