The Drive LIVE with Big Al and DMac continue preparations for the Broncos’ next opponent, the New Orleans Saints. They are joined by Cecil Lammey, Mike Klis and Mike Triplett from ESPN in New Orleans to help get some more insight into this high-powered Saints Offense.
The Drive with Big Al and DMac LIVE in studio gets going with Alfred talking about the New Orleans Saints’ #1 ranked Offense and the struggles the Broncos could face with the Saints fan’s noise, as other teams have struggled with it this season. The Big Three at 3:30 brings up Nick Saban’s comments regarding the Presidential Election, the New Orleans Saints defense and Dennis Allen as the Defensive Coordinator with the Saints. Mike Klis from 9NEWS joins the show to help the fellas break down the Saints and what to expect come Sunday morning. Mike also gives us an update on the injury status of injured players. Also, Mike says Cody Latimer’s situation “isn’t looking good” given his career trajectory. DMac says the Broncos need to play Jordan Taylor more often and Mike says he would definitely help. Mike Triplett, ESPN’s Saints report joins the show to talk Saints as Mike says the team will be tested here with Denver on Sunday and Carolina next Thursday. Trending up are the Cleveland Cavaliers visiting the White House today, meanwhile, the Chicago Cubs are trying to move their visit up to go before Obama leaves his seat. Also trending up are ticket prices to tonight’s Nuggets/Warriors game. Trending down is Walt Anderson’s officiating crew and the Vikings rushing game. The show wraps up with conversation about Florida International Tight End Jonnu Smith’s girlfriend dumping boiling water on him, ending his season.
