In hour 3 of The Drive, Zach and Phil continue their conversation on Haus Hejny and the potential of CSU losing him in the offseason. What would CU's record be with Hejny as their starting quarterback? Would Phil have left Colorado for a big NIL package from another school? We react to Deion Sanders mis-talking about the 2001 CU team, which will be honored this weekend. We entertain if the Broncos should trade for the Lions tight end, Sam LaPorta. We hear from LaPorta on putting his body on the line for the Lions, but the team not rewarding him with a contract. Would LaPorta solve the Broncos' long-time search for a franchise tight end? We go through what the trade package would look like and if the guys would be willing to agree to it. Would adding LaPorta be worth breaking up the Broncos' depth at cornerback? BuffBlitz.com's Brian Howell joins the show to discuss how chaotic the Colorado football program feels right now, the fracture in the relationship between Deion Sanders and Juju Lewis, and what it would take for CU to move on from Deion Sanders if they wanted to.
