Another day, another Avalanche player with the Stanley Cup.

Colorado star winger Mikko Rantanen spent Saturday in Finland with the Cup, taking it to his home before hosting a public celebration to party with the trophy. He even let a dog drink (eat?) out of it. Seriously.

Rantanen also took a spill on top of a firetruck at one point. Luckily, he didn’t tumble off and neither did the Cup.

Ha! It’s like the parade in Denver all over again, where Rantanen certainly had fun with the fans in Colorado marking the achievement. The Avs, of course, won their first Stanley Cup since 2001 by defeating the Tampa Bay Lightning in six games.

So far we’ve seen about half the team have their day with the Cup including captain Gabriel Landeskog, but we’re still waiting on stars Nathan MacKinnon, Cale Makar, Nazem Kadri and others.

Where will it end up next? As usual, we’ll be tracking it. And keeping you posted.
