Peyton Manning is producing a new game show for ABC

Former Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning has another new show, this time a game show on network television

ABC has announced a new game show called The Final Straw which will debut on July 10.

Former Denver Broncos quarterback and NFL legend Peyton Manning is one of the executive producers. It’s one of many Manning media ventures, the most popular of which is ESPN’s Manningcast. Manning’s Places series has also expanded and seems to be doing well on ESPN+. This is just another venture for Manning’s Omaha Productions.

The show will feature four teams of contestants go against each other in a Jenga-like competition. Janelle James, from ABC’s hit show Abbott Elementary, will host the new show.

Deadline.com describes the show as such:

Each life-sized themed tower is chock full of various objects ranging from basketballs to small kitchen appliances as contestants try to successfully pull items from the stack without tipping it over in order to earn prizes. If the tower falls, the team is eliminated and the last team standing will compete against The Mega Stack, an epic battle of physics where the odds are literally stacked against them, in hopes of winning a life-changing grand prize.

“In my 18 seasons in the NFL, I have learned there is no better formula for success than a strategic plan and good teamwork,” said Peyton Manning in the Deadline story. “Both will be required in The Final Straw as teams from across America execute their playbook to keep their towers standing.”

Manning is rumored to possibly be joining the new Broncos ownership group.
