Mike Evans makes an appearance in latest Jerry Jeudy hype video

The Fan host Mike Evans has gone big time! In a hype video posted by Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy on Instagram, Evans’ voice can be heard calling Jeudy an “average NFL receiver” and “bust.”

In the opening of the video, Evans talks with his co-host Mark Schlereth about Jeudy’s on-field performance before showing video highlights from his three touchdowns on the season.

Now of course some very good audio editing was done on Jeudy’s behalf. In the full video clip posted in late December on The Fan’s website, Evans discusses Jeudy’s season so far and if the then-rookie wide receiver has lived up to the expectations after Denver drafted him 15th overall.

“Listen carefully to what I am going to say here, so that people don’t  freak out. Jerry Jeudy has been a bust,” Evans said. “That doesn’t mean he is a bust. there’s a difference … but if we have learned anything from Garett Bolles, there’s certainly time to change the narrative.”

During his first season with the Denver Broncos the wide receiver notched 52 receptions for 856 yards and three touchdowns.

What this has shown is that Evans is not just getting DMac riled up this offseason and that nonetheless Evans has proven to be a doubter that Jeudy may be looking to prove wrong during the 2021 NFL season.
