Mandatory Mini Camp Underway: Stokley & Zach

The Broncos mandatory mini camp is under way. Brandon Stokley is looking ahead to who will be starting in the slot. The guys tell you whether or not the Broncos first round draft pick, Garrett Bolles was with the first team today. Zach thinks the quarterbacks who have a chance to start should get more reps than the third or fourth string quarterbacks. The Broncos made a change in the middle of practice to get the rookie some reps. Broncos head coach, Vance Joseph is live from the podium at Dove Valley. Vance has come out and described the quarterback competition as “awkward”. He mentions his plans with Garrett Bolles.

One guy stood out to Zach Bye when he looks at the new Broncos rookies, and it might surprise you. Ty Sambrailo has been on Brandon Stokley’s radar since day one and he’s still sticking by him. He says it could be The Broncos starting left tackle by the time pre-season starts. There was a scuffle today, but Zach and Brandon explain why it’s a good thing to see. The Broncos quarterbacks are also at the podium. The guys react to what they heard.

The final hour kicks off with the guys reacting to what they saw at Dove Valley today and who they awarded with the first day of mini camp. The Jets and Broncos have a twitter war and its obvious who wins. The Rockies have lost two in a row and that doesn’t scare the guys. the division is what scares them, being only one game up on the Dodgers in the west. The Rockies have only lost three in a row twice and Zach doesn’t believe it will happen for a third time. Fan Broncos Insider, Cecil Lammey is in studio after enjoying the sun at Dove Valley today.
