Later this summer, the lawsuit filed by two of Pat Bowlen’s daughters, Beth Bowlen Wallace and Amie Klemmer, against the trustees charged with overseeing the ownership transition of the Broncos is slated to hit the docket. On Monday night, Johnny Bowlen, one of Pat’s sons, took to Instagram to share his thoughts.

From there, Bowlen’s son took a moment to thank some of the people he credits with the team’s successes over the years. He also touched on his no-show at his father’s Hall of Fame induction.

In his next post, Bowlen may be referring to his sister, Brittany Bowlen. She is currently the Broncos senior vice president of strategy and has been thought to be tabbed as the successor to her father by the trustees.

Bowlen had eight children. The Broncos current value is estimated $3.2 billion, per Forbes.

What’s next? The lawsuit is set to begin in Arapahoe County Court on July 12.
