Yesterday, social media was abuzz about Myles Garrett. The Browns defensive end wowed everyone when he pulled off a ridiculous 64-inch box jump.

It was crazy to watch someone Garrett’s size (6-foot-4 and 272 pounds) pull off such an athletic feat. That’s why people couldn’t stop talking about it.

On Tuesday, however, a former Broncos star one-upped the current NFL star. DeMarcus Ware posted a video of his own box-jumping feat.

Both are incredible. Both illustrate the point that NFL players are just ridiculous athletes.

But Ware’s is more impressive. Why? Well, it’s not just because it was two inches higher. It’s because he’s been retired for five years and he’s 38 years old.

Garrett is an active player. He has reason to be in ridiculous shape. And he’s only 25.

Ware looks like he does, and can still pull of amazing athletic moves, despite being out of football for nearly a half decade. That’s just insane.
